To provide you with an appointment your personal information will be collected and stored using Cliniko online booking system. This will include your name, date of birth, telephone number, email address and any information about your health. We also write and store treatment notes. Independent therapist will have their own privacy policy which meets the General Data Protection Regulation.

We use your personal data for the following purposes,

• To maintain our own accounts and records;
• To administer training records for those attending our training course and workshops;
• To inform you of news, events, activities and services running by Mendme UK limited;

5. Sharing your personal data

Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential.  We may need to refer you to   other therapist, this would be done with your consent and only minimum information will be shared. Such as name, medical and treatment history.

6. How do we protect personal data?

We take appropriate measures to ensure that the information discussed to us is kept secure, accurate and up to date and kept only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it is used.

7. How long do we keep your personal data?
